I'd definitely recommend Linley & Simpson Pudsey because they seemed to be very successful at letting rented property.

My experience at Linley & Simpson Pudsey was positive because they were professional, went by the book but at the same time friendly and ready to help.

My experience at Linley & Simpson Pudsey could have been better if they communicated to eachother so I didn’t have to receive the same messages from different people and they kept asking for the same thing. If they checked the property according to the tenancy agreement before we moved in so we didn’t have to spend 2 weeks and a lot of money to clean the house and free it from the terrible smell. They didn’t leave us alone at the beginning and now that we paid I can’t even get them to overview the inventory agreement. Very disappointed.
